Business loans across Asia for exporters, manufacturers and growing companies
USD financing for businesses in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and beyond. Hong Kong has its own guide: Hong Kong Rest of Asia Caribbean.

Who we help in Rest of Asia
We help business owners prepare applications and connect with independent lenders that lend across borders, with expert advice to improve your chances of approval.
All financing is arranged in USD.
Export manufacturers
Textile, electronics, furniture and food producers whose buyers pay in dollars.
Traders and importers
Companies buying raw materials and components priced in USD.
Ecommerce and logistics
Online sellers and fulfilment firms scaling across borders.
Technology and services
Software and outsourcing companies in hubs such as Bengaluru, Singapore and Manila.
Registration and documents
Lenders typically ask for:
- Company registration certificate, for example from ACRA in Singapore, SSM in Malaysia or the MCA in India
- Tax registration such as GST or a tax identification number
- Six months of bank statements, plus export invoices or purchase orders
- Directors’ ID or passport and a business plan
Borrowing in USD
The Singapore dollar is managed against a basket of currencies, while the Indian rupee, Indonesian rupiah, Philippine peso and many others float to varying degrees. A weaker local currency makes a USD loan more expensive to repay. Exporters paid in dollars are far better matched. See multi-currency business loans.
Typical uses
Export working capital
Fund production before buyers pay with working capital loans.
Factory equipment
Machinery upgrades suit equipment financing.
New markets
Opening an office or warehouse abroad may suit expansion loans.
An illustration
A Vietnamese furniture maker sells to US retailers in USD and needs USD 130,000 for timber and shipping ahead of a seasonal order. Its buyer purchase orders, bank statements and a short business plan show how it will repay. We help it present them and connect it with lenders that fund exporters; the lender sets the terms.

Local points to know
Some countries regulate foreign borrowing closely. India, for example, has external commercial borrowing rules that apply to loans from overseas lenders, and other markets may require central-bank notification. Your bank or a local adviser can confirm what applies. We do not give legal or tax advice, and some countries may be restricted.
I’ve worked with JP Lending for my business’s international expansion, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The application process was quick and simple, and their team provided support every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loan!
Frequently asked questions
Which Asian countries can apply?
Business owners in many countries can apply. Eligibility depends on the lender and local rules, and some countries are restricted. Tell us where you are based.
Why is Hong Kong separate?
The Hong Kong dollar is pegged to the US dollar, which changes the exchange-rate picture, so it has its own guide.
Is the loan in my local currency?
Financing is arranged in USD. If your income is in a floating local currency, you carry the exchange-rate risk.
